Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

By using this card you are accepting our terms and conditions as outlined:

• - This card can be exchanged for goods or services only.
• - It can be used as full or part payment. No change will be given. Any remaining balance is left on the card and can be spent on future purchases.
• - The Oak Room will not be held liable for cards that are lost or stolen .
• - Limit of 2 points can be rewarded per party per visit at anytime.
• - Points earned can be used for rewards on your next visit to The Oak Room as they cannot be redeemed on the day in which they are earned.
• - Management reserve the right to change the offers and rewards available at their discretion
• - Management reserves the right to halt or postpone a promotion, reward, offer or the point system at their discretion.
• - Offers and rewards cannot be claimed from the loyality card when using any other promotional or discount card or voucher.
• - Points can be earned when purchasing a Gift Voucher however they will not  be added to an account when paying by Gift Voucher.
