Crispy Pork Belly: Slow cooked pork belly with carrot puree, spiced cabbage and compressed apple
Duck Spring Roll: Duck spring roll with crunchy Asian salad, confit orange
Fish Cakes: Thai style fish cakes with a dipping sauce
Chicken & Honeydew Melon: Warm chicken and honeydew melon salad, balsamic dressing
Brie: Golden fried brie served with a cranberry and apple compote

Chicken: Roast supreme of chicken with braised potato, bourguignon garnish
Roast Beef: Roast beef with Yorkshire pudding roasted root vegetables and gravy
Fillet of Hake: Pan fried fillet of hake with pea puree and braised potatoes
Stir-fry: Sweet chilli beef and vegetable noodle stir-fry (chicken/vegetarian option available)
Lamb: Eight hour slow cooked shoulder of lamb, root vegetable puree, mint gravy
Slow Braised Beef: 12 hour slow braised beef, parsnip mash, mushrooms and bacon
All main courses served with freshly whipped mash potato and vegetables.
